This was the end result of a many-months effort to write and produce a thorough tutorial on a subject that I hadn't felt had been properly addressed in others. My aim was to express ideas extremely efficiently with an absolute minimum of fluff. In addition, I wanted to use ample on-screen imagery and reviews to drill the content into the user's head.

With the exception of a few changed keyboard shortcuts ('Undo' was altered), the instructions still hold up.
